We absolutely love our product and are so confident you will too, that is why we offer a complete money back guarantee on your tan! That is right, if you are not 100% happy with your tan, we will refund the cost of the tan back to you.

To be applicable for this, please contact us once you have tried & tested the tan within 14 days of receiving item. Please contact info@gctan.com.au with your order number and why you are unhappy with your purchase, we will then aim to respond within 24 hours and get back to you with further details.

Please note: We are happy to arrange a full refund for the cost of the product minus any shipping costs. Cost of shipping product back to us is the sole expense and responsibility payable by customer.

The cost of the mitt will only be refunded to you if the product is returned to GC Tan unused, unopened and in its original condition. Due to health & Safety laws we are unable to refund any mitt purchases unless mitt is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Should you receive any damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately upon receivable (within 14 days) and accept our sincerest apologies. Please send us order number, details and attach photos where possible for our review.
