We now offer standard shipping to all locations within Australia for FREE. Please allow 1-3 days for your package to arrive, or if you are regional please allow 3-5 days. 

International Shipping

New Zealand orders can be placed through our website - $15 Flat Rate Shipping and expect 7-12 business days delivery.

For all UK and US orders please email us Order request, shipping details & email address to info@gctan.com.au or send us a message via Instagram or the chat button on our website and Emily will place an order for you. Shipping costs will vary and will be payable by customer. 

Standard delivery 10-15 business days & Express delivery 7-12 business days. Timeframe & price varies depending on zone. Check out Aus post website for accurate timeframes

Other Shipping info.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days Monday to Friday. During holiday periods, promotional periods and public holidays please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped.

Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of the post provider and are unfortunately out of our control. All orders shipped are traceable and a tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment so you can track your item.

Please double check all your details to ensure your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order, as we do not offer postage refunds for orders that have been returned to us from incorrect addresses.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that were left unattended through Safe Drop, authority to leave or similar. Once you have received a delivered message through tracking system & you have not yet received item, you will need to contact appropriate post provider for further enquiry.
